1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Munch ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Munch allows users to log meals, organize food entries, view visual summaries, and reflect on eating habits. The App is for personal information and reflection only.

Munch does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Munch offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and may offer a free trial.
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
  • Pricing and availability may vary by region.

Munch does not control Apple's billing systems and cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when a paid subscription begins, per Apple's policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., meal photos, notes, categories). You grant Munch a limited license to store and display this content solely to operate the App.

You are responsible for the content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
  • Upload harmful or abusive content

7. Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
